Prices
are based on 2 people per room (4 people in the Cottage).
There is an additional $25 charge for each extra person.
Please call for special events rates and minimums. We
ask for the first night's rent (or 25% of the total) as a
deposit. Deposits are refundable minus a $25 cancellation
fee as long as cancellations are made 14 days ahead (30 days for
groups or special events). Please
